FLL is a creative agency specializing in creative direction, film production, and advocacy campaigns. The owner, Jonathan Frazier, became a friend a few years back. Jonathan’s vision for this project had an unlikely origin story.
When Jonathan got a tattoo of a lion, it accidentally had a fifth leg added onto it. Oops. He decided to make lemonade from lemons, and named his new agency Five Legged Lion. The goal here was to take that tattoo, redraw it, and reinterpret it… all the while keeping the ethos of magic / weirdness / wildness / creativity / happy accidents.
The lion became a more mythical creature in tone, and works in positive / negative forms almost creating two spirit animals for the key brand words WILD and TRUE. Unlikely type pairings and strange hierarchy further reinforce the spirit of unconventionality that guides each FLL project.
